Will my order be shipped refrigerated?

Yes, all of our products are sent by blue ice. All products have been tested and proved stable for up to two weeks in this form during shipment. Upon receiving the product, please follow the storage conditions detailed in the Datasheet provided with the product.


What are the shipping costs?

The price of shipping depends on your location.


Do you have a distributor in my area?

Our products can be ordered and shipped directly from us to almost anywhere in the world. If it is not list, please email us at order@cohesionbio.com.


I need help with my product. How do I contact technical support?

Please send us an email at techsupport@cohesionbio.com and our support staff will get back to you as soon as possible. You can also visit our Technical FAQs.


Can I return my purchase?

We do not accept returns. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, items cannot be returned. If you have a problem with a product, please contact our order staff at order@cohesionbio.com.


What forms of payment do Cohesion Biosciences accept?

We accept payment by bank transfer or PayPal.

If you would like to order via our website, please follow the steps:

1. Find the products you want to order;

2. Select the Size you want to order then click 'Add to cart';

3. Please click 'Check Out' after you finish;

4. You are required to fill information by steps:

a) If you already have an account, please enter your Username and password;

b) If you do not have an account, please Register your information for a new user;

5. You are also required to enter Contact Information, Shipping Address, Postalcode, Payment and Additional Instructions should you have any.

6. Click ' Shipping Method' and 'Payment Method', then click 'Submit'.

7. You can get an order number, and pay the total fee by Paypal.


How can I tell if a product is in stock?

We are proud of manufacturing all our products to maintain a full inventory, should you order an item and it is not available or out of stock a member of staff will contact you within 72 hours. This is why it is essential you give your telephone number and email address when placing the order.
