Description:Ready-to-use buffer to strip primary and secondary antibodies from PVDF or NC membranes
Directions for Use:1. After completing chemiluminescent detection in Western blot, wash the membrane with TBST or PBST for 5 minutes. Repeat once.2. Add sufficient stripping buffer to fully cover the membrane. Incubate on a shaker for 10-30 minutes. The stripping time depends on the amount of antibody bound to the membrane. Adjust the time appropriately for optimal results, considering factors such as membrane type, protein abundance, and antibody type.3. After stripping, add TBST or PBST and wash the membrane at room temperature on a shaker for 5 minutes. Repeat this step once. At this stage, chemiluminescent substrate can be applied to the membrane to quickly verify the effectiveness of antibody stripping.4. Re-block the membrane with an appropriate blocking buffer before proceeding to the next round of antibody incubation.Storage/Stability:Store at 4°C for one year.
